This is why we have a person who focusses just on customer service.

  2. This point is answered by the previous point. Having a website made can be a big deal for people so we have systems in place to make sure things are as easy as possible for every client we serve.

  3. We know how important it is for you to function as a business and make money and treading on your toes is something we avidly avoid. If a client wants any design done for business cards, logos, SEO, adwords or printing design and these services are something that you provide then we make a note of what the client wants and call you to make sure the work stays under your control. We will only provide the services to referred clients that you want to outsource.
